Hello and WELCOME

I’m Mirella, London-based Wellbeing Coach & Registered Nutritional Therapist

I help my clients take control of their lifestyle and eating habits to become the best version of themselves and feel great!

I specialise in people suffering from lack of energy, pre-diabetes, blood sugar imbalances, hormonal health and digestion.

My work approach is 1-1 life-changing wellbeing coaching for a minimum of 30 days. I also teach people that nutritious food can be quick, easy and deliciously healing.

It all starts with knowing YOU. You are unique, and so is the advice I will give you. I will make sure it is achievable, effective, and simple to put in place.

A little bit about me…

I have always been a foodie, since I was very little! And remember eating every food item that was served on my plate, never afraid of trying new flavours. I would also regularly venture into our kitchen to try new recipes and didn’t stop until I have mastered them.

My passion for cooking led me to train in Culinary Arts and so I became a Chef. All the techniques and cooking methods helped me to make the most of the time I was in the kitchen and it turned out to be my new career.

After a while I became very interested on how foods affected our wellbeing and our health. So off I went to achieve my Nutritional Therapist Diploma at the College of Natural Medicine in London.

Here I am today, ready to inspire you and help you in your journey, imparting all the things I’ve learned so far, to help you provide your body with the optimum chance to heal itself.

Habits are powerful, and can shape the direction of our life. By making positive changes in diet and lifestyle, you have the potential to change your life and health completely. The journey will take time and might not always be easy, but I will be supporting and encouraging you along the way, so you will start to feel better than ever before!
